A couple of weeks ago we gathered some of our older members of the church to have a merry afternoon with cake and tea .. and lots of the old photographs. We were trying to put names to faces of those who have gone before us. All made possible since we gathered everything in one place during the sort out for the renovation. The fruits of the afternoon will inform our celebrations next year when we mark our 200th anniversary.
We started Lent with two services of Holy Communion and the Imposition of Ashes on 5 March and are currently meeting on Monday evenings to discuss the Diocesan Lent Course – Christ has no Body now but yours. Please contact us if you’d be interested in joining us
The work on the church building continues well and we are expecting to be moving back into the building at the beginning of May.
