The last Wednesday Wonderings of the year will be a time to chatter and relax together. Come along and meet new people, if it’s nice weather we may be in the garden!
Who do you say I am? This service is an imaginative one where we look back at Jesus’ life through the eyes of some of the people who knew him during his ministry. We will ‘listen’ in as they watch and wait through the last night of his life. All welcome to enter the story…
There are a number of opportunities to come and see the renovated space of St Mark’s … every one is invited, do come and visit! 18 May – Holy Communion with the Bishop of Edinburgh – 10.30 Wed 28 May – 12-1.30 – come and hear about the changes from the lead architect, Edward Eastham…
Our next Wednesday Wonderings will be held on Wednesday 20 April. 12-1.30pm in Portobello and Joppa Parish Church. Val Cameron, our Pastoral Worker, will be talking about the art of Sacred texts … we’ve been promised lots of pictures! Do come along and join us for a light lunch and a chance to chat.
